A: We can make at least 50 sets middle type molds in each month.

A: Family Mold, Multi-cavity mold, Hot runner mold, Double-shot mold, Die-casting mold and IMD mold etc.

A: We can make the smallest mold is 25KG with 150*150*150MM;

A: X_T, PRT, STEP, DWG, IGS, STL, DXF, PDF etc.

A: We know DME, Hasco and Daido very well.
We always use one of these standard according to customers' requirement.
13. Q: Mainly which brand hot-runner do you use?
A: It depends on customer's requirement, normally we use Yudo, Mold-master, Hasco, DME, Synventive and LKM.
14. Q: Whick kind mold steel do you use to build mold?
A: We use LKM, Thyssen (Germany), Assab and Daido steel etc.
15. Q: How long do you need for making a mold?
A: This depends on the mold construction, the shortest lead time for us is 15 day to make a small mold.
